What You'll Do Retail Supervisor in Crawley As the face of Toolstation, you’ll make a fantastic first impression, build long-lasting relationships and go above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role — you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves. You’ll work in a store environment with seasonal temperature changes, taking pride in your team’s work so customers notice and value us even more. Day-to-day
Supporting: stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets. Mucking in: check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together. Delivering great service: provide a great customer experience with a smile, even when busy, and coach the team to do the same. Asking questions and building relationships: ensure customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job. Building a fun working environment: maintain product availability and high branch standards while making the branch a place people enjoy working.
