As a Retail Supervisor, youll play a key part in helping your team grow, supporting customers, and keeping the store on track.

Youll lead by example on the shop floor and step in to run things when the Store Manager is away.

Were part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group, which includes Runners Need and SnowRock three brands that share a love for the outdoors and a commitment to people and planet.

What youll be doing Youll be a go-to person in store -trusted, knowledgeable and ready to take the lead when needed.
