Role Responsibilities
Welcoming retail customers, ensure till orders are taken correctly and food/beverage is served to guests in a timely manner; deal with complaints and liaise with the retail stand manager re matchday operations Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items Lead a small team on a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector, organise kiosk staff roles for the shift, manage customer queues, complete paperwork

Package Description
Must be able to handle Alcoholic Beverages £13.25 Per Hour Casual work, Matchdays - evenings and weekends
