You will be a Brand Lead who has your own style and are genuine ambassadors for our brand. You are an expert in delivering an amazing customer brand experience in store. You will support the management team to motivate and lead the associate team to smash store targets and drive excellence in their store, across all areas.
Responsibilities
- Passionately use your local knowledge and sales expertise to deliver the ultimate brand experience.
- Become an expert in our style choices and bring these to life for our consumers.
- Confidently make important decisions for what’s best for our consumers, including handling consumer issues in store.
- Model our behaviours, values, and style as a brand ambassador.
- Be a positive role model for others, building trust through collaboration and open and honest communication.
- Endlessly develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
- Take pride in store appearance and ensure the store looks amazing.
- Take ownership for delivering business objectives set by the Store Leader, coaching the team to deliver retail standards and service expectations.
- Support with key compliance tasks including loss prevention and health and safety.
- Exceed expectations at every opportunity and drive this attitude in the wider team.
- Embrace the Superdry culture and share it with colleagues.
- Maintain a good commercial awareness of the store KPIs and bring fresh ideas to leadership to drive performance against them.
- Be productive and make a positive impact for the store every day.
- Be yourself and uphold store responsibilities, including opening/closing where applicable and cash handling.
People
- Support in the day-to-day supervision of the team and motivate teammates to deliver amazing levels of service.
- Give clear direction to focus team activity on and off the shop floor, inspiring and engaging associates to achieve daily targets.
- Lead the team with managers to hit store targets and ensure the store is a great place to work.
- Coordinate the team across operational tasks, guiding them with operational expertise.
- Provide timely feedback to associates, recognising success and positively challenging poor performance.
You Are
- Experienced in retail/sales and operations in store and ready to step up.
- All about our brand and consumers with the ability to create memorable experiences for every customer.
- Passionate about style and obsessed with product.
- Experienced in leading and motivating a team through day-to-day activities.
- Exposure to people management activities
- Able to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with people and working in a team to get results.
- Organized and uses time purposefully; confidently taking ownership for tasks and goals.
- Someone who sees challenges as opportunities.
- You love sharing your passion with others and act as a positive role model.
- A creative thinker, always searching for the best possible solution in every situation.
