Salary: £13.78 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)

As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader, you will manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at our client's sites. Shifts vary, requiring flexible availability, and may involve travel to different client sites daily, with occasional overnight stays.

Working Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days per week with potential flexibility)

Working Hours: Evening/Night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Ensure procedures and processes are followed
• Deliver exceptional customer service on all sites
• Complete stock counts accurately and timely
• Monitor and improve team productivity

Person Specification:

• Full Driving License
• Effective communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to focus under pressure
• Time management skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness and ability to travel

Additional Notes: Work involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or retail premises, including high-level stock access. The role requires working unsociable hours, early mornings, or night shifts. Candidates under 18 are not eligible.
