About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid/Senior Lawyer with a strong background in retail products.

You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business, ensuring our retail offerings are compliant, commercially sound, and aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice on retail product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate product documentation, customer terms, and supplier agreements.
• Advise on consumer protection, regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Keep abreast of legal and regulatory changes impacting retail products and translate these into practical business guidance.

About You

• Qualified lawyer with 4–8+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience), ideally gained in a leading law firm and/or in-house financial services or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of consumer law, regulation, and retail product frameworks.
