We’re hiring for a senior role focused on risk and control analytics, working closely with major financial institutions. This is not a traditional risk oversight role - it’s about going deep into the data, controls, and analytics that underpin how firms (including retail banks) manage non-financial risk.

We’re particularly keen to speak to people with significant experience in the retail banking environment, who understand how risk and control frameworks are built, challenged, and evolved.

You’ll bring:

• A strong background in business risk & control within a retail banking or consumer financial services context
• A sharp understanding of RCSA, incidents, regulatory scrutiny, and control testing
• The confidence to lead client discussions, shape insight delivery, and challenge assumptions
• The ability to turn messy data into meaningful insight
• A genuine interest in driving smarter, more collaborative approaches to managing operational risk

This is a high-impact role within a small, specialist team. The right person will help shape how major firms approach their control environment - from the inside out.
