What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Managers to deliver sales growth and operational excellence across the UK. Drive commercial performance across both corporate-owned and franchised beauty & cosmetic retail locations. Partner with franchisees to create and execute robust, commercially focused business plans. Analyse P&L, KPIs, and labour metrics to identify opportunities and act decisively.
