Overview We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Program Manager with a strong background in the retail industry to lead end-to-end SAP program delivery across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing complex S4/HANA programs across multiple modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, PP, QM) and deep knowledge of retail operations such as supply chain, merchandising, and omnichannel. You will be responsible for managing the successful execution of SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and retail-specific processes. Responsibilities

Lead challenging business transformation programs with a proven program-level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs in the retail industry. Maintain substantial client-facing consulting experience. Manage SAP implementations or rollouts in the retail industry. Work closely with retail business stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Demonstrate a deep understanding of retail business processes such as merchandising, inventory, promotions, pricing, store operations, and e-commerce. Oversee SAP modules relevant to retail, including SAP Retail, FMS, S/4HANA, CAR, MM, SD, and POS integrations. Deliver under pressure while meeting time, cost, and quality targets within budget. Lead teams in complex environments with multi-vendors, complex client structures, and geographically distributed resources. Experience working with global teams and leading consultant teams both locally and remotely. Set up programs for success by integrating IT, business, and change components. Define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply them pragmatically. Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, leveraging differentiators (e.g., consulting frameworks). Articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations to create compelling client propositions. Gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate data for a range of audiences. Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies. Mentor and coach consulting resources. Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. Be willing to travel for project needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading SAP program delivery in the retail industry across multiple modules and workstreams. Substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles. Strong understanding of major retail processes and systems and how SAP supports them. Proficiency in SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies. Ability to manage multi-vendor environments and geographically distributed teams. Strong financial acumen and ability to own program financials and proposals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with C-level engagement. Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
