Regional Business Development Manager – Manned Guarding Sales

Location: London (Regional Role)

Salary: £40,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission 1% + Company Car Allowance £5000 P/A


We are seeking a high-performing Regional Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across London in the manned guarding sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and growing security company with ambitious growth plans and a supportive team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

\t•\tIdentify and secure new manned guarding contracts across London and surrounding areas

\t•\tBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects

\t•\tConduct client meetings, site visits, and prepare tailored security proposals

\t•\tClose new business and ensure smooth handover to operations

\t•\tMaintain strong market awareness and competitor insight


Requirements:

\t•\tMinimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Development Manager role for manned guarding with the same employer

\t•\tBroader experience in B2B sales, security, or facilities management is advantageous

\t•\tProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

\t•\tExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

\t•\tSelf-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage your own territory

\t•\tFull UK driving licence (essential)
