The Role: Work with the SENCO and class teachers to deliver targeted support for KS2 pupils with Autism and ADHD. You’ll run short, structured interventions, use visual timetables and clear routines, and scaffold transitions. You’ll adapt tasks, encourage regulation strategies, and keep concise notes to inform next steps with staff and parents.
The Candidate: You’re a graduate with a patient, empathetic approach and clear communication. You follow support plans, maintain firm but fair boundaries, and build trust quickly. You’re organised, reflective, and motivated to remove barriers to learning.
