Are you a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners?
Our partner primary school in Greenwich is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to support pupils with special educational needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support pupils in achieving academic, social, and emotional goals.
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessments and reports.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Experience working with children with special educational needs (school-based experience preferred).
A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
An Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one through us).
