SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for dedicated individuals for immediate start roles to support pupils across a varietyor primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in diverse settings, supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and Complex Learning Needs.
The Role
As a supply SEN TA, no two days will be the same. Your main responsibilities will involve:

Providing vital 1:1 support to help students engage with learning and succeed.
*
Running small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, or communication.
*
Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
*
Assisting the class teacher to create an inclusive and safe learning environment.
*
Adapting to different school policies and becoming a valued part of the team.
Who We Are Looking For
We need candidates who are resilient, patient, and truly passionate about supporting children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have:
*
Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, LSA, or Support Worker.
*
Direct experience or strong knowledge of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or Speech & Language difficulties.
*
A proactive and flexible attitude, ready to adapt to new school environments.
*
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one immediately).
*
The right to work in the UK.
