Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver focused 1:1 support that meets the individual learning and communication needs of students
Collaborate effectively with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to meet EHCP targets
Promote independence, confidence, and inclusion in both academic and social activities
We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has previous experience supporting students with SEN in a classroom environment
Understands the challenges and rewards of working in a secondary SEN setting
Shows patience, empathy, and adaptability to respond to a range of needs
Can commute reliably to Sandwell and is available to start in September
