An inclusive and well-resourced SEN school in Reading is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with experience in care, education, or support roles - or graduates looking to build a rewarding career in SEN or education.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. Your role will involve working closely with class teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a safe and engaging learning environment tailored to each student's individual needs.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £89-£100 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Experience: SEN experience preferred but not essentialAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience in inclusive education, developing skills in communication, behaviour support, and emotional regulation.
