Your new role Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD). Support pupils across Primary and Secondary classrooms, adapting to different age groups and learning levels. Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans linked to EHCP targets. Encourage communication, social interaction, and independence. Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
