We're looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a small, nurturing independent school in the Stockport area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in helping young people grow in confidence, independence, and resilience. The Role As part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll work alongside teachers and tutors to deliver personalised learning experiences tailored to each pupil's unique strengths and needs.

Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small-group support in the classroom Assisting in lesson preparation and classroom organisation Encouraging pupils to engage with learning through creative, structured approaches Promoting emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour, and personal development Supporting the implementation of safeguarding and school policies About You We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about helping children succeed Able to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team Experienced or knowledgeable in supporting pupils with autism or complex needs (desirable) Committed to upholding the highest standards of care and safeguarding Why Join Us?
