Location: Timperley, Trafford
Contract: Full-time / Term-time only
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications

Our school in Timperley is a warm, welcoming specialist setting dedicated to supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including communication difficulties, sensory impairments, physical disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. We pride ourselves on our inclusive ethos, our highly skilled team, and our holistic approach to education.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teaching and learning across the curriculum in a variety of classroom settings

Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to meet individual learning and care needs

Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to help them feel safe, valued, and confident

Assist with personal care routines where required

Contribute to creating a fun, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping every child thrive

Able to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Adaptable and resilient, with a good sense of humour!

Ideally experienced in supporting children or young people with additional needs (though full training will be provided)

Relevant qualifications (such as CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential - the right attitude and commitment are what matter most.
