We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious individual with a strong network of brokers and developers and a deep understanding of the UK bridging and short-term lending market.
Key Responsibilities Drive origination and deployment of bridging, development, and commercial short-term loans. Leverage existing relationships with brokers, developers, and intermediaries to generate deal flow. Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships. Manage and develop a high-quality pipeline of transactions from initial enquiry to completion. Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely execution. Deliver and exceed agreed KPIs related to loan origination, deployment volumes, and client engagement. Represent Lendlord Capital at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a BDM in the UK bridging/development finance space. Proven track record of originating and deploying bridging/commercial/development finance deals. Strong and active network of brokers and property developers. Excellent understanding of the UK short-term property lending landscape. Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
