As a Senior consultant with CRL team, your role will include the following:Delivery of SAP enabled transformation programmes - specialising in Order to cash including integration touch points with the wider S/4 Finance and other adjacent modules like SAP CAR, SAP MM, SAP EWM and SAP FISupporting Order to Cash pursuits and practice developmentDeliver SAP CAR solutions to support business use cases like real-time inventory visibility, POS data integration, demand sensing and other critical processes for retail, CPG and logistics clientsWorking with workstreams comprised of onshore and offshore resourcesDesigning end-to-end solutions and ensuring all deliverables produced are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologiesSupporting client workshops covering a range of topics including process design, industry best practices and bring SME knowledge in your area of expertiseBuilding end to end solutions based on client requirements, and documenting functional specifications where a development object is requiredTo be successful in this role, you should have:A reasonable level of business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience in the CRL Industry and S/4HAN driven implementationsExperience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiencesExcellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travelDemonstrable experience of delivering S/4HANA as part of a transformation programme. Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices with a background in Sales and Distribution and Order to Cash (OTC). Integration with desirable adjacent solutions like SAP CAR, SAP MM, SAP EWM and SAP FI advisable.Demonstrable experience of agile working practices on SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the projectExperience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into designStrong client-facing skills and ability to effectively contribute through all phases of SAP implementationEmbrace flexibility, adaptability, and a process improvement approachStrong communication and presentation skillsProven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of the current trends and technical advancementsA strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting ServicesWe offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
