Hundreds of global brands depend on Pattern\'s ecommerce acceleration platform every day to drive profitable revenue growth across 60+ global marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, eBay, Tmall, TikTok Shop, JD, and Mercado Libre.Pattern is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Strategist to help transform our digital advertising team into a data-driven performance machine.What is the day in the life of a Senior Advertising Strategist?Lead the hands-on execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, EU marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, eBay, Zalando & Allegro and other retail media channels.Test, scale, and optimise campaign elements including keywords, bids, audiences, placements, and creative to drive revenue and efficiency.Analyse campaign performance and identify strategic opportunities—from keyword research and competitive analysis to new campaign launches and budget shifts.Own budget pacing and performance monitoring across multiple accounts to ensure monthly and annual revenue goals are met.Nurture brand partner relationships via calls, emails, and meetings - providing clear insights, strategic recommendations, and campaign updates.Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, telling performance stories that inform future strategy.Collaborate closely with Brand Management, Analytics and Creative teams to align advertising with broader growth objectives.Provide retail media and SEM expertise internally and contribute to strategic consulting projects where needed.What will I need to thrive in this role:2:1/1st degree or above3+ years\' hands-on experience in Search or Performance Marketing, ideally within an agency or ecommerce environment.
