They are seeking a driven, Senior Leasing Surveyor to play a pivotal role within their specialist team. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-level negotiations with some of the UK's most prominent operators, while working closely with colleagues across asset management, investment and development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement leasing strategies informed by market insights to attract and retain leading retail and leisure brands.
Identify and secure new opportunities, including long-term lettings, pop-up licences, and innovative meanwhile uses.
Lead negotiations with prospective and existing occupiers to achieve best value across the portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, tenants, and industry stakeholders, monitoring performance and driving delivery.
Provide direction to internal teams and external advisors to achieve agreed commercial objectives.
Analyse performance against business plans, mitigating risks and ensuring targets are met.
Key Requirements
Experience in leasing and/or agency within the retail or leisure property sector.
Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrable negotiation and deal-making skills.
Knowledge of retail market trends, tenant requirements, and sector dynamics.
