As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and improving the performance of complex building systems. From managing reactive maintenance and supporting team development, to liaising with contractors and ensuring compliance with safety standards-your role will be varied, impactful, and essential.

You'll be responsible for:

Maintaining and recovering critical building systems

Leading planned preventative maintenance

Managing fault finding and emergency responses

Supporting water management and stock control

Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance

Occasionally working at height or in confined spaces

Delivering a high level of customer-focused serviceWe're looking for someone who's not just technically skilled, but also a natural leader.

If you have:

A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in M&E

Managerial experience and strong MS Office skills

A solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations

Experience in complex building services
