We're on the hunt for a driven retail marketing expert who can create bespoke strategies, lead the medicalization of our in-store execution, and transform how consumers engage with our products. Responsibilities

  • Create bespoke retailer plans in bricks-and-mortar retailers for PPD brands, aligned with our medical DNA
  • Support the medicalisation of brands via strong medical content and claims; work to make ranges easy to navigate at point of sale in pharmacies and self-select retailer environments
  • Contribute to making brands leaders in consumer-first in-store activations, showcasing medical anchorage across touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Commercial sales team, Online Brand Manager, and marketing teams to achieve brand Conso targets via shopper-centric, differentiated retailer marketing plans, owning the full shopper journey
  • Provide shopper insights (e.g., Nielsen data) to the team
  • Maintain brand management with up-to-date brand values, vision, launches, and moments
  • Input retailer promo plans with NAMs/OBM to drive YoY growth
  • Lead monthly brand forecasting with supply chain (forecasting team)
  • Own the new launch process forecasting; work with NAMs to create/sign off account forecasts and hierarchy for launch
  • Own merchandising by retailer in collaboration with marketing and visual merchandising
  • Medicalise in-store category execution and shopper experience, highlighting life-changing benefits for skin pathologies in pharmacies and self-select environments
  • Improve range navigation at point of sale with visual merchandising team
  • Build best-in-class retailer strategy decks grounded in data insights with commercial & marketing teams
  • Own the range review process with marketing, commercial & category teams
  • Manage Sampling, GWP, and seasonal product bundle initiatives
  • Lead briefing of retailer-specific assets (imagery & copy)
  • Monitor and improve processes linking marketing and commercial activities
  • Manage A&P budget for projects
  • Provide EPOS/insights reporting and weekly performance updates with action plans
  • Establish product hierarchy and input to format strategy per retailer

Qualifications

  • Experience and passion for marketing with a shopper- and consumer-centric mindset
  • Degree-educated, ideally with business- or marketing-background
  • Marketing savvy with ability to translate insights to activation and ROI analysis
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy, strategic thinking, and collaboration
  • Vision to lead and motivate the wider business
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills to influence and inspire
  • Creativity with a detail-oriented approach and a passion for beauty and skincare
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines with clear messaging
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs
  • Practical, methodical problem-solving; process-driven with strong project/time management
  • Experience working in teams and independently
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen; ability to derive insights from data
  • Prioritization skills to drive projects from start to finish autonomously
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Nielsen; strong numeric ability
