Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm Pay: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) + Performance-related bonus Contract Type: Permanent - full-time role with hybrid working (office near Swindon - own transport required)
Key Duties:
Lead procurement of goods and services to meet commercial and operational targets. Drive strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. Lead, coach, and mentor junior members of the procurement team. Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, pricing, and rebate agreements.
