Do you want to play a key role in further professionalising the retail capabilities of a world-class brand like LEGO? Join our team to help enable our stores to deliver incredible LEGO-branded and shopping experiences to consumers worldwide!
This is your opportunity to leverage your extensive retail operations experience, project management skills, and end-to-end store value chain knowledge to support, grow, and develop our LEGO Branded Stores across North America and Europe within the Global Retail Excellence Team.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead targeted retail improvement and excellence projects, including portfolio over market and specific store level initiatives, from prioritization to implementation and success measurement.
- Deliver impactful analyses and recommendations to senior partners and cross-functional teams to address challenges related to portfolio and store performance.
- Develop and optimize standard processes and tools for in-store experience and operational execution in LEGO Retail Stores.
- Collaborate with Digital Product teams to support the digitalization of in-store processes and tools.
- Drive governance processes to ensure adherence to concepts and guidelines.
- Enhance the retail excellence toolbox and foster a data-driven culture of performance improvement across the LEGO Store portfolio.

As Sr. Retail Excellence Manager, you will be pivotal in advancing retail excellence at LEGO. By understanding our retail business and stores portfolio, you will lead initiatives that promote growth and improvement, collaborating closely with teams in operations, digital, marketing, retail development, finance, and real estate.
This role is vital in making LEGO Branded Stores the pinnacle shopping and brand experience for our consumers.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven success in developing retail improvement projects that enhance shopper and staff experience and drive commercial results.
- Strong project and change management skills, capable of leading multiple projects independently.
- Experience working with digital teams and retail digital products.
- Expertise in business insights, data analysis, visualization, and strategic recommendations.
- Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders and challenging perspectives constructively.
- Ability to switch between strategic and operational discussions effectively.
- A commercial mindset with a solid understanding of retail systems and data platforms.
- Up to 10% travel required.
