You’ll report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in driving the store’s success.**What You’ll Do:**Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultationsDesign tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goalsDrive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leadsCollaborate with the A&D (Architecture & Design) community to grow brand awareness and partnershipsMaintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experienceProcess transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency**What We’re Looking For:**Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultationStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering toolsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as neededSimply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
