This role is based in London and involves joining a dynamic entrepreneurial team focused on insights, inspiration, and networking for the retail sector.Retail Insights is Northern Europe\'s leading retail forum and part of United Media, which builds large-scale industry media and conference products across several sectors.What we offerOpportunity to take ownership of our content and make a real impact in a start-up environment where results matter to the business.Inspiration and guidance from a high-performing team and the CEO/founder.Unlimited growth potential with a track record of internal promotion.Travel opportunities to attend conferences overseas.Invaluable transferable skills across interpersonal, research, organisation, outreach and project management through experience and training.Your ResponsibilitiesEmail marketing: Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimisation for newsletters, product updates and exclusive promotions.Social media growth management: Manage and grow LinkedIn as a primary channel, test new content formats, and help leverage content on YouTube and launch a Twitter presence.Graphic design: Maintain visual identity across marketing channels and develop design capabilities to support branding.Website: Design, SEO activities, UX optimisation; contribute to launching new formats reflecting brand identity.Analytics: Measure and improve performance metrics across channels, with challenging targets and KPIs.Paid advertising and PPC campaign management.Synergy: Collaborate with other departments to identify shareable content and inform on brand progress.Your profilePlease note that no specific prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates across different experience levels are welcome.
