Prospero Teaching are currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate with plenty of initiative to support students within an alternative provision in Preston. You will be working with the young people who are supported by the provision, and there will be elements of ADHD, ASD, emotional regulation difficulties and ACEs. This role would be ideal for graduates, and those with an interest in supporting young people who need that little bit extra!

Experience within a classroom is not mandatory, however you must have knowledge and awareness around SEN. These students are disengaged with mainstream education and often struggle within school settings. You must be comfortable with challenging behaviour.
