Overview
The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures our customers get the very best online experience and customer service we can offer. You will support and encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring our customers get returned items refunded quickly or stock is packaged and ready to fulfil existing online orders.
Responsibilities
Support the Store management team across the back of house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager
Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an environment which is operationally efficient, safe and where targets are met
Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team
Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs
Lead and inspire your successful team to prioritise achieving performance targets; daily work will be varied, fast-paced and challenging yet rewarding
Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to the team; demonstrate flexibility and invest in personal development from day one
Engage in flexible working options as available and align with customers, people and product focus to foster a positive team environment
Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, staying calm and approachable under pressure
Be a team player who can adapt quickly, bringing others onboard with new objectives

Qualifications and requirements
Strong communication skills; friendly, calm and efficient with the ability to work with people at all levels
Ability to stay calm and approachable under pressure with realistic expectations of others
Proven track record as a team player in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Capacity to adapt and implement changes quickly and lead the team through new objectives
Evidence of leadership, coaching and motivation abilities to support team performance
Right to work in the UK is required before commencement of employment in accordance with Home Office guidance
