We have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.What we offer youAs our Talent Acquisition Associate, you will help build the greatest brand within Insurtech by owning our recruiting process. You will work from our HQ in London and will be supported to grow and develop as a recruiting professional. You’ll have:An opportunity to gain operational experience in a start-up where your work and results are tangible and matter to the businessClose collaboration with the CEO on our recruiting strategyUnlimited growth potential within the company, with a track record of internal promotionsWatch this video with our founder to learn more about our thoughts on recruiting.Your ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviewsBuild a strong employer brand and attract both apparent talents and more covert talentsOwn the execution of developing and automating recruiting processesImprove the onboarding process in close collaboration with managementWhat we expect from youWe expect you to take ownership, be proactive, and follow through on commitments. You should have a strong work ethic with a sense of urgency, a drive to excel, humility, and a passion for building and executing new businesses. While we have no preference for background, you should have an innate desire to learn about people and recruiting. We will teach you what you need to know about recruiting.Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding resultsHave a UK work permitBe curious about and passionate about working with and understanding peopleWant to spend your day speaking with people ranging from students to executivesHave a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around youStartdateFlexibleThe role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It requires a fast-paced, in-person collaboration to create market-leading events throughout the calendar year.
