You’ll have:An opportunity to gain operational experience in a start-up where your work and results are tangible and matter to the businessClose collaboration with the CEO on our recruiting strategyUnlimited growth potential within the company, with a track record of internal promotionsWatch this video with our founder to learn more about our thoughts on recruiting.Your ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviewsBuild a strong employer brand and attract both apparent talents and more covert talentsOwn the execution of developing and automating recruiting processesImprove the onboarding process in close collaboration with managementWhat we expect from youWe expect you to take ownership, be proactive, and follow through on commitments. You should have a strong work ethic with a sense of urgency, a drive to excel, humility, and a passion for building and executing new businesses. While we have no preference for background, you should have an innate desire to learn about people and recruiting.
