Mapped Recruitment is partnering with a well-established British retailer with over 150 stores across the UK on their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team immediately.
This position will take sole ownership of managing in-store and Head Office vacancies and is looking for someone to support over an initial six-month fixed-term contract.
The main duties will include:
Reporting to the Head of People Advert and vacancy management for all store positions Sourcing high-quality candidates through various sourcing methods Coordinating the end-to-end process; pre-screening candidates, maintaining recruitment pipelines and arranging interviews where necessary Working closely with the Regional Managers, Division Directors and other hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers, providing insight into the business's hiring needs Liaising with agencies for niche roles as well as adopting direct hiring methods Negotiating with job boards and agencies Budget control Offer first-class talent support to the company in a timely and efficient manner whilst keeping stakeholders and hiring managers regularly updated
