Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? Hays Education is urgently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Doncaster. We have immediate placements available and are weing applications from candidates currently working with other agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development.
  • Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.

    • Requirements:
  • Preferred: Previous experience working with children, ideally those with SEN.
  • Optional: worked within a healthcare or care home environment
  • Apassionate and patient approach.
  • Strongmunication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).
