• Experience working on a Retail Investment Platform
• Experience as a business systems analyst
• Experience working on Retail Financial Services platforms
• Testing - platform upgrades, development and migrations
• Working with dev teams to improve / tweak platform capabilities for customers / clients
• Creating dashboards - "health checks" / reporting - for platform performance (using Splunk or similar)
• Creating business and tech solutions for Retail Banking clients and customers
