Teaching Assistant (Unqualified) - Central Lancashire / Chorley Area Location: Chorley surrounding areas Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only - 08:30am to 15:30pm Pay: £106 - £115 per day (depending on experience) ASAP START About the Role: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant (Unqualified) to join our team, supporting children in schools across the Central Lancashire area , particularly in and around Chorley . This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be working alongside experienced teachers to help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

What We're Looking For: ✅ No formal qualifications required - just GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English ✅ Ability to travel to schools in the Chorley area ✅ A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and well being ✅ A genuine passion for helping others Desirable experience includes: Working in support work, care, or healthcare settings Having personal experience supporting a family member or friend with additional needs Requirements: Must have 24 months of employment references with no large gaps Must hold a current Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (UDS) or be willing to apply and pay for one prior to starting Why Join Us?
