Value Creation Director (Consumer & Retail)

We are partnering with a leading global consulting brand to appoint a Value Creation Director within their Consumer & Retail practice. This senior role will focus on Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements while contributing to a wider portfolio of value creation initiatives across the investment lifecycle.

The position offers the opportunity to join a high-performing global team, where you will combine delivery excellence with revenue generation, building on the firm’s established reputation and supporting its continued growth.

The Role

• Lead and deliver commercial due diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients
• Partner with investors and management teams to design and implement value creation strategies, from pre-deal planning through to post-deal transformation
• Drive business development, originating opportunities and cultivating relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Collaborate across the wider value creation and sector teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Develop and mentor consulting teams, ensuring a culture of high performance and professional growth

Candidate Profile

• Strong consulting background with extensive experience in commercial due diligence and value creation projects
• In-depth knowledge of the Consumer & Retail sector, including market dynamics, investment trends and growth drivers
• Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client relationship management
• Proven execution capability, with the ability to manage complex, fast-paced engagements
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and retain top talent
