Location: Flexible hybrid working style with three days (Tues-Thurs) in the London office

The role

The Head of Visual Merchandising (VM) is responsible for leading the BRIS VM team to leverage and adapt Global VM initiatives to drive business results in their Cluster while building strong partnerships with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing and Network teams& cross-functional partners. This role will help to Identify opportunities for process improvement and for training within their Cluster – to uphold the Pandora brand standards through a cohesive blend of creativity & commerciality.
