Visual Merchandising Project Manager – Luxury Retail - 6 month Contract
Contract: 6 Months (Immediate Start)
Location: Kingston, Surrey with regular travel to Central London
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Work Pattern: 3 office / 2 WFH and 4 office / 1 WFH
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum + excellent bonus and benefits
Visual Merchandising Project Manager to join a luxury retail team on a 6-month contract. You'll be at the heart of high-profile projects, ensuring premium beauty brands are represented to the highest standards across the UK and Ireland.
The Role
Combining project delivery with strong administration and reporting responsibilities. You will:
- In collaboration with Head of VM, manage visual merchandising projects from brief to installation, keeping timelines and budgets on track.
- Raise purchase orders, review documentation, and provide regular reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Liaise with client companies, retail outlets, and internal teams to secure approvals and ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate suppliers and contractors, tracking installations and ensuring all work meets quality standards.
- Organise collateral and POS materials, making sure everything is in place for key promotions and events.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can balance organisation and creativity with a strong process-driven approach.
- Proven project management experience, ideally in a retail or visual merchandising environment. Ability and willingness to travel to store locations - London and SE
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CAD experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
