Leading International Investment Bank, based in superb offices in the West End, is seeking a bright, confident and professional Administration Assistant to join their Workplace and Facilities Team. Supporting the Workplace Help Desk function you will be responsible for Logging service requests onto the ServiceNow system, allocating tickets and following up on work orders to ensure completion or escalating issues. You will also be responsible for processing invoices and dealing with suppliers.The ideal candidate will possess a good standard of education (A Level preferred) and approx 1-2 years office based work experience ideally gained within an Admin, Customer Services, Hospitality, or Facilities environment. Experience of using ServiceNow system would be a definite advantage.This exciting new role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience and skills in a progressive environment which encourages development and growth.
