Aspire People is seeking an experienced and compassionate 1-1 Teaching Assistant (TA) to provide dedicated support to a Year 6 male pupil with a physical disability.

This is an urgent requirement, and we need someone who can start immediately. You will play a key role in supporting the wellbeing of the pupil, ensuring their physical and educational needs are met in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: * Provide 1-1 support to a Year 6 male pupil with a physical disability. * Assist with physical mobility, including transferring safely between a wheelchair and the toilet, and providing support in accessing the wet room. * Offer general classroom support to ensure the pupil is fully engaged in lessons and activities. * Maintain a calm, supportive, and respectful approach, promoting the pupil's independence where possible. * Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to ensure the pupil's needs are fully met and to implement any specific strategies required for their development.
