Business Development Manager Retail

Objective: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual to identify and develop new business opportunities while providing exceptional account management
Must have experience of selling products rather than services
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets through both new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
*
Meet lead generation goals and proactively build a strong sales pipeline.
*
Prepare accurate and compelling estimates, quotations, and cost proposals.
*
Respond effectively to incoming customer enquiries.
*
Arrange and attend client meetings to build strong commercial relationships.
*
Identify new markets, revenue streams, and opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
*
Share relevant market intelligence and customer feedback with internal teams, including marketing and engineering.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
*
A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within a similar industry.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*
A solid track record of winning and developing major accounts.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
*
Full, clean driving licence.
