Description
Open and close buildings daily, ensuring security protocols are followed. Monitor and maintain security systems and respond to alerts. Ensure rooms and facilities are clean, safe, and fit for purpose. Carry out general maintenance and upkeep tasks. Support the wider team with ad hoc facilities-related duties.Profile
A successful Facilities Assistant should:
Have experience in facilities, maintenance, or a similar hands-on role. Be proactive and solution-focused in their approach. Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and contractors. Be eager to learn and take on new responsibilities. Have knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
