This is a hybrid role, working from our South West London office two days a week, with the rest of the week from home.The brand is known for bold design, accessible pricing, and making great style part of everyday living. Apply now and take the next step in your finance career.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the finance team, overseeing workflow and ensuring accuracyOversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and all ledger activitiesManage salary payments, international transfers, and supplier runsMonitor cash flow, credit card balances, and bank reconciliationsAct as the first point of contact for internal and external finance queriesLiaise with payroll providers to ensure timely salary processing and HMRC complianceHandle foreign currency, hedging, and intercompany financial arrangementsDrive continuous process improvements for increased efficiencyOwn and manage our Business Central system, including reporting and controlsSupport budget planning, external audits, and financial reportingThe PersonExperienced in running a finance function, with solid knowledge of UK accounting standardsComfortable leading a small team and managing multiple prioritiesConfident communicator, able to liaise effectively across departments and with external partnersHands-on and analytical, with a drive to improve systems and processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
