Health & Safety Management System , conducting gap analysis and driving improvements. Ensure compliance with key regulations including COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, and DSEAR. Lead fire and risk assessments, manage audits (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001), and support waste handling strategies. Engage with stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing, and facilities to embed a safety-first culture. Deliver training, mentor teams, and support change management initiatives.
