Assured Safety Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established public sector organisation based in Milton Keynes, as they strengthen their Health & Safety function. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you will lead and coordinate a broad range of safety-related activities across multiple UK and international sites. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert support and strategic input across the organisation, including to project teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead health and safety initiatives at corporate and operational levels, ensuring robust safety practices across diverse departments and locations.
Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and practical applicability to varied operational contexts.
Conduct audits and inspections to evaluate compliance, and deliver recommendations for risk reduction and performance improvement.
Support safety assurance in complex international projects and during bid processes, contributing to the safe design and delivery of services.
