Internal Account Manager

The RoleYou'll manage your own customer accounts, handle inbound enquiries, make proactive outbound calls and maximise sales opportunities. This role suits someone chatty, personable and commercially aware who enjoys working in a friendly, fast‑paced office.
What You'll Be Doing
Building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships
Handling inbound calls, enquiries and quotations
Making proactive outbound calls to grow existing accounts and win new business
Spotting upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
Preparing accurate quotes and converting them into orders
Supporting marketing and sales campaigns with follow-up calls
Keeping CRM records up to dateWhat We're Looking For
Confident, outgoing personality and strong telephone manner.
Sales, retail, customer service or account management experience
Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay organised
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Motivated by targets and delivering great service
Proactive, adaptable and able to work well in a busy office.If you enjoy talking to customers, working towards goals and being part of a supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career.
