Learning Support Assistant

Reeson Education are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Wandsworth from January 2026. This full-time role involves supporting a Year 4 pupil with Autism and ADHD, helping them access learning and succeed in the classroom.

The Role:

Providing 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD and ADHD

Supporting focus, emotional regulation and engagement in lessons

Implementing personalised strategies and SEN support plans

Assisting with small group work and general classroom tasks

Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals

Requirements:

Experience supporting children with Autism and/or ADHD

Previous work in a UK primary school

Calm, patient and consistent approach

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
