Key responsibilities include:Managing and motivating a team of General Assistants to achieve departmental goals and deliver outstanding customer service.Ensuring products, from plants to garden accessories, are well-presented, well-stocked, and commercially appealing.Driving sales through effective stock management, displays, and department layout.Supporting the team with coaching, training, and performance management to maintain high standards across all areas.Leading by example to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations.The CandidateWe are seeking a strong and experienced manager with a proven track record in leading teams, preferably in retail or customer-facing operations.
