Our client is an unique luxury brand with long history. They are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee operations in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will drive sales, maintain brand prestige, manage high performing teams, and ensure an unparalleled client experience.

Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of its luxury boutiques, ensuring exceptional performance and client service.
  • Collaborate with Finance and leadership to develop and review detailed sales budgets (annually to daily).
  • Ensure accurate stock control through annual and bi-annual inventories, backroom organization, and team assignments.
  • Deliver personalized, high-touch experiences to elevate the luxury journey.
  • Develop and lead VIP clienteling strategies to nurture long-term HNWI relationships.
  • Lead and coach store managers and sales associates to foster high performance and team spirit.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain leadership.
  • Drive traffic, retention, and repeat business through data-driven insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years solid luxury retail management experience, multi-stores management experience is a big plus
  • Experience with luxury brands in fashion, leather goods, jewelry, watches, or lifestyle.
  • Entrepreneurship spirit and eager to learn as well as make impact
  • Skilled in retail operations, client experience, financial planning, and project execution.
  • Agile problem-solver with sound decision-making in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
