They will drive process improvement, explore new channels for talent attraction, and partner with key stakeholders to secure the best talent.What you will doTake full ownership of assigned retail vacancies from job posting through to hire, covering all levels across Molton Brown stores, concessions, Travel Retail and seasonal pop-up locations throughout the UK & Ireland.Partner closely with hiring managers to determine the most effective sourcing strategies tailored to each vacancy.Manage the end-to-end job posting process, including the oversight of internal listings and external job board performance.Lead social media recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality retail talent and enhance employer brand visibility.Proactively identify and implement new and innovative talent attraction channels.Represent the brand at recruitment fairs and industry events to build brand presence and talent pipelines.Screen and shortlist CVs to identify qualified candidates aligned with role requirements and brand standards.Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and flagship store locations, ensuring strong bench strength for critical roles.Conduct candidate screening and interviews, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews and manage recruitment days, including group interviews, across key locations.Facilitate candidate debriefs with hiring teams, ensuring alignment and timely decision-making.Create, update and deliver recruitment training to hiring managers, enabling effective and inclusive hiring practices.Collaborate with the wider EMEA Talent team on cross-regional recruitment projects and initiatives.Work closely with the HR team to support and contribute to broader people initiatives and continuous improvement projects.What you will need1-3 years prior successful recruiting experience ideally from a retail or fast-moving high-volume industryMust be resourceful and creative in identifying candidates for opportunities via LinkedIn, various job posting sites, networking, professional connections, employee referrals, etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are requiredMust be customer centric and highly responsiveStrong collaboration and relationship building/management skills are essentialMust be highly organized (i.e., time management, multi-tasking, priority setting, etc.).Must be able to work in an ever changing, dynamic, matrix, and fast paced environmentSelf-starter who is flexible and has a strong drive for results is criticalAttention to detail and strong project management skillsAbout KaoMolton Brown is part of Kao, founded in Japan in 1887.
